The option to delete an employee is unavailable in QuickBooks however, we can deactivate them. This way, they won't show on the list but, you can still keep their information.
Here's how to deactivate:
- Click the Employees tab.
- Click the Edit drop-down under ACTION.
- Select Make inactive.
- Click Yes.
