Let’s work on your concern about adding vendors to snapped receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
There are various reasons why the application works oddly when creating transactions. One of these is the browser issue. When you return to a website, the browser uses cookies and cache to speed up loading which results in strange behavior that compromises QBO's efficiency to function.
If you’re certain that the vendors have been successfully created but are unable to find them on the list. Then, it’s best to take troubleshooting actions to allay your concerns about being unable to select a client. Doing this will refresh the connection, and any modifications will take effect.

Once done, please log in to your account to a regular browser. After that, I suggest deleting your browser cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
