why is the transaction data from the selected ofx data file not importing or loading into the transaction pending page?

the previous ofx file upload on 6 Feb completed successfully. I have done a browser update for chrome and also tried using bing but even though qbo says the upload process is done no transactions show in the pending page. id very much appreciate any advice towards solving this 3 day old dilemma. thank you

Hello, Rod. When QuickBooks confirms an upload but shows no transactions on your pending page, it may be due to flagged duplicates, automatic categorization by a bank rule, or a formatting mismatch in the OFX file compared to your successful February 6th upload.

Since you've already ruled out browser issues by trying both Chrome and Bing, the transactions are most likely sitting in a different tab, or the file itself needs a different approach.

Begin with a quick refresh:

  1. Sign out of QuickBooks completely.
  2. Sign back in and check your For Review tab.

Then, check where the transactions landed:

  1. Head to your Categorised tab. QuickBooks will automatically move transactions there if a bank rule catches them.
  2. Then check your Excluded tab for duplicate transactions that get sent here.
  3. On each tab, click the Date filter and set it to All dates so the date range doesn't hide your data.

Now, if that doesn't reveal them, log back into your bank, download the statement as a CSV file instead of OFX, and upload that into QuickBooks. CSV gives you more control.
