We're currently receiving reports regarding users getting the same error message in QuickBooks Online (QBO). A ticket was already created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now working to fix this as soon as possible.
That said, I highly suggest contacting our Support Team so they can add your details to our notification list. This will also help our Engineers to determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.
Here's how to reach them:
In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
Choose a way to connect with us.
In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions to QBO as a workaround. Refer to this article and proceed to the For accounts not connected to online banking section for the detailed steps on how to do it: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
