Hi has any one got a bank error 101?

Since Standard bank upgraded their software, i can't link to the bank

There's an ongoing investigation regarding Error 101 in Standard Bank. Our engineers are fully aware and working diligently to come up with a permanent fix for this bank error.

 

While we continue working on this, I suggest you contact us so we can add your company information to the affected users. Please have this investigation number as your reference: INV 65271.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. From QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with about the error. 
  4. Choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose Chat.
