We have not received any reports from other users getting the same challenges when accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using Google Chrome.
In QBO, it is recommended to use a supported, up-to-date browser to have the best and most experienced. Since you're already using Google Chrome, to improve it's performance, kindly ensure that you are using the latest release by going to the Chrome menu and selecting Help, then About Google Chrome.
Additionally, make sure your operating system is up to date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online. Then, verify your internet speed is not limiting your QBO experience.
