If you encounter a banking error 101 for Standard bank, then we have an ongoing issue about this one. A ticket was already created and forwarded to our engineers. Rest assured, they're now working to fix this as soon as possible. In the meantime, just manually import your bank transactions using.CSV a file. You can download transactions from your bank's website and upload them to QucikBooks Online (QBO). Just follow the steps and details in the Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online article. Once your transactions are in, it's time to match and categorise them.
Once done, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add your details to our notification list. This will also help our engineers to determine the number of affected users.
