HI, my credit card account synced to bank when login in is different to to the reckoned amount?

The bank balance is your actual bank account balance. On the other hand, QuickBooks' balance depends on the imported and entered transactions. There are several factors that may cause the balance to vary. You would need to verify why they don’t match and fix them accordingly.

 

Balances don't match due to the following reasons: 

  • Edited or deleted transactions
  • Outstanding transactions
  • Duplicate transactions
  • New transactions for a connected account
  • Credit card (liability) account

To review downloaded bank and credit card transactions you can categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

In case there are missing transactions after importing them to your account, you can also manually upload the transactions using Web Connect.
