How can I retrieve my transactions from my trial account after subscribing?

Looks like you’ve subscribe to a whole new account, hope14.


You might want to cancel the current account, then go back to your trial and re-subscribe from there.

 

Here’s how to cancel an account:

  1. Sign in as Admin to the account involved. 
  2. Click the gear icon and go to Account and Settings. 
  3. Go Billing & Subscription tab. 
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel Trial.
