How do I cancel my quickbooks account as I have no need for it now?

Hello there, @lee36.

 

I'm here to help you with canceling your QuickBooks Online. You can cancel your account from the Billing & Subscription section.

 

Once your account is canceled, you'll still have read-only access from the cancellation date. This is to make sure you can still have access to your account in case you'd like to reactivate it.

 

To cancel, here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps, then choose to Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Click Got it.
