How do i combine my two of my companies with different login details to be able to login into them using one username & password

I'm glad to share the steps so you'll be able to access your companies in just one login.

 

First, choose the email or login credentials where you want to access the companies. From that email or company file, invite yourself (the other company) so you can access it through that login.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users under Your Company.
  3. Go to the Users section from the Manage users window.
  4. Tap on Add user.
  5. Choose Standard user or Company admin, depending on the access you want.
  6. Click b, until you'll reach on the What's their contact info? page.
  7. Enter your last name and first name as well as the email address used for your second company.
  8. Hit Save.

Once completed, you'll receive a notification to the email address you've entered. Confirm or follow the invites instructions so you can log in to your second company using your first company's login details.
