How do i reactivate my cancelled subscription

You'll be prompted to resubscribe once you sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, nwtechnical. Let me discuss this further below.

 

To reactivate your account, you need to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had with your prior subscription. Once you've resubscribed, you can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency.

 

If you aren't automatically prompted, follow these steps to resubscribe:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.

  3. Click Resubscribe.
  4. Choose the payment method and enter the updated payment and billing information.
  5. Hit Resubscribe.
