To reactivate your account, you need to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had with your prior subscription. Once you've resubscribed, you can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency.
If you aren't automatically prompted, follow these steps to resubscribe:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.

- Click Resubscribe.
- Choose the payment method and enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Hit Resubscribe.
