How do you recover historical data after subscription renewal?

Good day, marina8.

Once your subscription expires, all the information and transactions will remain and your data will be available in read-only access.

You might have 2 QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify it, let's go to your Billing & Subscription page and check your subscription details, like the "Next Charge" date. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Click on Billing & Subscription.

If the details shown on that page don't match with your correct QBO account. Please log out from there and log back in using the correct credentials.

If the details on the Billing & Subscription indicate you're logged in to the right account but not seeing your data, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the tools to pull your account and do further investigations in determining the root cause of this matter.  They can also provide details of the current status of your account.

To contact support:

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.

You can more details about resubscribing or reactivating your account in this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Stay in touch if you have any other questions. I'll be happy help you out. Wishing you continued success.
