How to fix banking error 108 with FNB

I can assist with your banking concern, barry.

Currently, we've received similar cases or reports about the issue. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the affected users list, ensuring you receive email updates on the investigation's status and resolution. Please include investigation number INV-100862 for expedited processing.

Here's how.

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

You can log in to your Financial Institution's website and accept the prompt. Then, refresh the connection in QuickBooks for a successful connection.

If the issue persists, consider uploading your transaction manually in the program. I'll guide you on how to do it:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
  2. In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
  3. From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
  4. Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.

Check this guide for more details: Manually upload transactions.
