I cancelled my subscription but I see QuickBooks still charges me and still intents to deduct money a month from today.

We need to make sure that you successfully cancelled the account. You can follow these steps:
Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
From the Billing & Subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Follow the onscreen steps.
Note that only an admin user can cancel it and there should be email confirmation. In addition, it's possible that you have more than one QuickBooks Online account. If you're unsure, it's best to seek some help from our Support Team so they can verify.
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter "Cancel Subscription".
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
Choose a way to connect with them.
