Thanks for posting here in the Community. I understand the importance of having your data imported to QuickBooks Online (QBO) flawlessly. I'm here to share some details to help you.

In QuickBooks Online CSV files can be uploaded in either the 3-column or 4-column format. If you'll use the Column 3 format, make the payment negative and then for the deposit without a negative sign. If you'll utilize the 4 Column format put the payment under Credit and deposit under debit. So, you'll need to make sure that you have chosen the correct columns in the mapping stage. Otherwise, QuickBooks will not be able to read the data.

Also, CSV files are formatted differently by each bank. This implies you might be unable to import CSVs from certain banks because the files aren't in the right format for QuickBooks. Not all banks create their CSV files the same way, so you may need to make extra changes, especially the date format, headers, and the number of columns that shows the amount to get your transactions in.

Please read through these articles for more details on mapping data:

However, if the issue persists after checking the formatting of your data file, I recommend you reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to do a screen-sharing session with you to check your setup in a safe environment.
