I want to change my credit card nr for my monthly subscription - but get error code 81624

At this moment, we have an ongoing investigation about this Error 81624 when trying to update your billing information. Our engineer are aware of this and are continuously working on the investigation to come up with a fix so you'll be back on track.

While they do, I want you to be added to our containment list of affected users. That said, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Care Support. An update will be communicated via email.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern.
4. Click Let’s talk.
5. Choose Get a callback. 
6. Type in your contact info.
7. Select Confirm my call.

You can also have this investigation number INV- 42218 as your reference. I'll be sure to update this thread once a permanent fix is available.
