Hi, @chasecrampton. We're unable to upgrade subscriptions while using mobile app billing, so you'll need to switch to Intuit direct billing to change your plan. In that case, contact our live support team. They have the specific tools required to transfer your billing management from the Google Play Store to Intuit.
Once the transfer is complete, you can successfully upgrade your subscription level. QuickBooks will bill you directly instead of Google following the transfer, with the next cycle beginning 30 days later.
