First off, let's use an incognito or a private window to check whether this has something to do with your browser. Once confirmed, perform troubleshooting steps on your default browser to fix it.

If you're able to see all other tabs, that means you're going through a browser-related issue. Clearing your cache will help you resolve this problem. Go back to your default browser and follow the steps to clear Intuit-specific cookies. If none of the steps work, try using a different supported browser.
