There's likely an issue with the trial account, which is why you're unable to receive emails when you tried to process the transfer. In this case, we'll want to investigate the root cause on why it's preventing you from receiving the confirmation email.
We'll want to contact our support, so they'll use their tools to fix the issue and help you transfer the billing details to your firm. Here's how:
- In your client's QuickBooks account, click the Help icon.
- Go to the Search tab.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- In the text box, enter something like "Unable to transfer billing to accountant" or similar.
- Proceed with Continue.
- Click the Chat with us button.
