Hello, SamirC.

I'd like to point us to the right direction in resolving the billing transfer process for your client.

There's likely an issue with the trial account, which is why you're unable to receive emails when you tried to process the transfer. In this case, we'll want to investigate the root cause on why it's preventing you from receiving the confirmation email.

We'll want to contact our support, so they'll use their tools to fix the issue and help you transfer the billing details to your firm. Here's how:

  1. In your client's QuickBooks account, click the Help icon.
  2. Go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, enter something like "Unable to transfer billing to accountant" or similar.
  5. Proceed with Continue.
  6. Click the Chat with us button.

Take note of our support hours to ensure your needs are catered timely.

After resolving the issue with our support, do you need to take care of their books? There are useful accountant-specific tools to help you manage their books.

Check out this article for a guide on how to use them: Use accountant tools and features in QuickBooks Online Accountant

You're more than welcome to drop by again if you have concerns regarding your firm or your client's books. I'm always here to help.
