My account is still suspended, even though the subscription has been deducted from my account.

Thank you for paying your subscription, info1320. I'll provide details on the reactivation timeline.

 

Normally, a suspended account will be reactivated right after making a payment. Sometimes, it will take until midnight (Pacific Time) to refresh. If your account remains in its current status after midnight, please contact our Chat team to review your billing details since they have the tools to do this. They are available from 9 AM - 5 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Copy and paste your concern in the textbox and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose Chat.
