I cannot update my FNB accounts on Quickbooks to see transactions. It hasn't been working since yesterday. There is an error message which says the following:
Something isn't working. Sorry we can't update your account. Please wait a few hours and try again (163)

We have an ongoing investigation about this one that our engineering team is still working on a fix. Rest assured that our engineers are aware of this matter and are diligently working on a fix so you can get back to business seamlessly.
You can contact our Customer Support Team in the meantime. You will be added to the list of impacted users and will receive email notifications once an update is available. You can request that they add your name to the list of individuals affected. Then, provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-94788.
