Hello, the mobile number of user has changed. How do we go about changing the mobile number. The master admin is also no able to login.

I'm here to ensure you're able to change the mobile number of the user in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @tanya6

 

Let's go directly to the Intuit Account Manager site since your master admin is unable to login. This way, you can change the mobile number from there. I'll guide you how. 

  1. Go to this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html
  2. Enter your email or user ID. 
  3. Type in your Intuit password. 
  4. Go to the Sign in & security tab. 
  5. Change the mobile number of the user in the Phone section. 
  6. Click Save

 

The screenshot below shows you the fourth to fifth steps. 

 

However, if you're unable to change the mobile number on your end, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. They have the necessary tools to help you update the user's contact info.
