I'm here to help you with canceling your QuickBooks Online. You can cancel your account from the Billing & Subscription section.
Once your account is canceled, you'll still have read-only access from the cancellation date. This is to make sure you can still have access to your account in case you'd like to reactivate it.
To cancel, here's how:
Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we canceled your subscription. For more detailed steps about this process check out this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
