If our company made a yearly subscription to qb online in January and i just realized that qb has been crediting our debit card monthly. Are there hidden charges or?

If our company made a yearly subscription to qb online in January and i just realized that qb has been crediting our debit card monthly. Are there hidden charges or?

Hi there, joan-buildxstudi.

 

Once you subscribe to the annual billing, you'll be charged once a year only. It's possible that you use other services that may have a fee. For example, your bank may charge you a service fee if you use online banking with QuickBooks Online.

 

You'll want to review Billing & Subscription to check it.

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

In addition, you'll want to reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can further assist you with your billing concerns. The new "Help" menu interface: 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, type "Unrecognised Charges."
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us.
  4. Tap Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging

For the old "Help" menu:

  1. Click the Help icon, then the Contact Us button.
  2. Type "Unrecognised Charges" in the What can we help you with box.
  3. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
