I have been receiving this error since last week Wednesday.
I am unable to edit and save an invoice. When I click on save, it gives the error "Something's not quite right - Unexpected problem".
I have tried to clear my browser cache and used an incognito window but same issue occurs. I am unable to get through to customer care due to time zone difference. An email would be appreciated.

Pretty simple here. I get this error daily now...but the worst part is that I am paying more for this crap to not work than I was paying before. So, to recap - the software is crapping out..but I am paying more for it. Fix the issue please..your team of folks know how to charge my card each month..why cant you fix your own problems first.
We are very concerned when there's an unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online, Cyclone FPV.

If I am using the app on my desktop and not going in through a browser, cache shouldn't be an issue. I get this constantly. Am I right?
Hello @pauletteks,
Your QuickBooks Online Desktop App still using cache and save it on your app while you're accessing your account. You can consider this as one of the reasons why you receive such an error message. Thus said, here's how you can clear the cache of your QuickBooks Online app:

I work with software that is infinitely more complex than this program. Like one of the reviewers mentioned — if you can consistently charge my credit card, then there's some very simple things your program needs to do before you do another price hike. I understand how you feel when something isn't working the way you need it to, @alexkson.
We're working on product enhancements to meet all customer needs and satisfaction. This time, let's manually update your bank account so you can track your transactions accurately.
But first, may I know any name or information of your bank? Any information you can provide will be appreciated which will also help me look for any related investigation.

Let's get you back to business and fix the error you're experiencing. I have a few troubleshooting steps you can try to check if this is a cache related issue.
Let’s start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private window. This mode prevents the system from using stored internet history, passwords, or cookies.
Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:
If you didn’t see the error message, clear the cache on the browser you previously used. This enhances the overall performance of the browser and the application.
I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool. This checks your browser's health and it's compatibility with QBO.
For future reference, let me share this link containing articles that will help in managing customers, invoicing, handling payments and sales: Self-help guide.
Reach out to me if you need further assistance while working in QBO. I’ll be right here to help and make sure you’re taken care of. Have good one.
HI Quick books won't let me open coming up with error code. How do I fix it.
Let’s resolve the error you’re having, @Gvha.
Can you tell us more about the issue you’re encountering right now? That’ll help us in resolving the error you’re having right now.
In the meantime, you can clear your browser's cache to resolve this. There are times that the piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior.
I recommend using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to process it. Then, you may clear the cache in the one that you're currently using if it works.
Here’s how:
If it works, here's how to delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.
Once you're done clearing your browser's cache, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. If not, try using other browsers.
Let me know if there's anything else that I can help. Have a wonderful day!

Hi there, @joe20.
I'd like to know if you've followed the steps given by my colleague above. If not yet, I'd recommend following it or use another supported browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Fox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari to eliminate this error.
However, if you've performed the troubleshooting steps already I'd suggest contacting Our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to help you get back on track. Here's how:
I've added this reference page for your future reference on how to handle your customers: Manage Customers and Income for QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you have other questions regarding QuickBooks. Take care.
Yes what is error code 37112
Hello there, joe20.
There are different experiences when some customers are getting the exact error code. This may happen when trying to register, edit, or print an invoice in QuickBooks Online. If you haven't tried following the steps shared by MaryJoyD, you can follow them or go through with the same steps below:
Use incognito window when accessing your QuickBooks Online.
If you can enter new hires without getting an error message, go to your regular browser and clear its cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. They can also use other compatible browsers in QBO. If you're still getting the error, I'd recommend contacting our support team as suggested by my colleague above.
