Hi, @william-kaconsul.  Let me help you add a non-subscribed client to one of your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) subscriptions.

Even if your client doesn't have QuickBooks, you can easily associate them with your firm to make their bookkeeping even easier. Here's how:

  1. Login to your QBOA account.
  2. From there, go to the Clients menu and select Add client.
  3. Choose Business or Individual, then enter your client's info.
  4. In the Products section, click No subscription.
  5. When you're done, hit Save.

You can utilize this article for more information: Add clients to QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Moreover, I'm adding these links to learn more about wholesale discount plan that helps you grow both your practice and your client's business:

Let me know in the comments below if you have additional questions about adding clients to QBOA. I'll be glad to lend a helping hand.
