How do I reach Quickbooks Online Contact Centre?

I understand this is an unexpected situation, Jana24. To renew the subscription over the phone, you must be the Primary or Master admin on the account. If not, you will first need to process the transfer of Primary Admin Rights to the person who will manage the subscription moving forward.

Here’s how to contact our QuickBooks Online Live Support Team to process and renew subscription:
 

1. Open this link: Contact Us page.
2. Select QuickBooks Online and click Continue.
3. Log in using any accessible user credentials and open a file. (Please note that we don't provide any phone number for security purposes.)
4. You will be routed to the Help page. Then, click the Contact Us button and select a topic or enter your own question to start.
5. Follow the on-screen steps and select the Make an appointment button. Choose the best date and time for our Live support team to call you.
