Hi there, Naseem. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), factors such as an account being made inactive or a bank connection being disconnected can prevent the Capitec account from appearing during reconciliation.
I understand the challenges with the pending issues affecting your reconciliation. To confirm this, you’ll want to check your Chart of accounts and verify whether the Capitec account is still active and properly set up. You can click the mini Gear icon on the page to include inactive accounts in your view.
If it has been marked as inactive, you can restore it so it becomes available again. However, please note that reactivating the account will not restore any missing transactions.
To proceed, let's manually upload your Capitec bank statements into QuickBooks. Once uploaded, you’ll be able to categorise the transactions and proceed with the reconciliation process.
