Hello David, when you upload your bank transactions, which file format do you use? QuickBooks supports files in CSV, QBO, and QFX formats. The error you encountered is due to QuickBooks not recognizing the column headers in your CSV file. Ensure it has the required columns for transaction date, memo, and amount.
To resolve this issue, change the headers in the first row to Date, Memo, and Description. Additionally, consider using a different browser, as stored data in your current browser may interfere with the upload process. Alternatively, you can import the transactions into QuickBooks by clicking the Gear icon in the upper right corner and selecting Import data from the Tools menu.
If you have successfully uploaded your transactions to QBO, they will appear in the Bank transactions page under the Pending tab.
