I've invoiced 70% of the total invoice .We have made several changes. Remaining balance on the invoice doesn't correspond to the payments that have been received. Help?

I've invoiced 70% of the total invoice .We have made several changes. Remaining balance on the invoice doesn't correspond to the payments that have been received. Help?

Hi Jessica, did you update the original quote or did you edit the invoice directly? If you only changed the quote, please note that the new costs won’t automatically transfer to an already issued progress invoice. You would need to edit the invoice to reflect the new total manually.

 

To update your progress invoice, find the specific invoice under Customers in the Customer Hub and select View/Edit. Simply enter the new percentage in the Due column to refresh the total, then click Save or Save and close to apply the changes.
