Let's work together and get the transactions downloaded in the Banking page. We try manually updating the transactions by following these steps:

If you're still not able to see any new transactions, try to check your bank or credit card's website if there are no maintenance updates. Otherwise, follow the other steps in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Once you have the new transactions downloaded, you can start matching or categorizing them. The steps are included here: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Then, reconcile the account after.
