My app not running?

I can share some steps and info to ensure you can get your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app back up and running again, @tsprofiling-work.


There are two scenarios I can think of based on the info you've shared. First, if you're referring to your QBO mobile app, you can clear the app's data to refresh it. 


For Android devices, here are the steps how:


  1. From More Options ⋮, select Settings.
  2. Choose Refresh Data, and then tap Yes.

If you have an iOS device, the following are the steps to follow:


  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.

Once done, please power down and restart your device before re-opening. 


Second, if you're using the QBO desktop app, you can also clear its cache to refresh its system. Let me guide you how:


  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top, and then select Reset App Data.
  2. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  3. Please ensure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
