Print Bundle components on Invoices & Quotes

Having created a few 'bundles' and checked the tickbox "Display bundle components when printing or sending transactions" - Invoices still only print the bundle item only (not the components).

Any help would be most appreciated.

Print Bundle components on Invoices & Quotes

Hi there, @Capstone-33.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me guide you on how to fix this so you can print the bundle components in the invoices and quotes.

In QuickBooks Online, once you enable the feature to display the bundle components when printing or sending transactions, it will automatically be included when you print or send it to your customer.

Since you mentioned you enabled it while creating the bundle, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser. Cache-induced browsers affect the program's performance and block some features from working smoothly. First, you can open your account through an incognito or private browser. You can also refer to the shortcut keys below for easier access:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Open or create an invoice or quote, then click the Print or Preview button and check if you can see the bundle components. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache to remove and fix the issue on your browser and start with a clean slate.

Additionally, you can customise your invoices, quotes, and sales receipts to make them personalized and fits your preference.

You're always welcome to comment back if you have other questions about printing bundle components or any QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be here 24/7 to assist you. Have a great day!
