Put Debtors account on hold

Thanks for posting here today, @Furbz.

I'll share the steps on how you can put your debtor's account on hold. You can create a new terms name "Credit Hold" and then add this term to your customer's billing profile. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Choose All lists, then select Terms.
  3. Tap New and enter the Name in the box.
  4. Click Save. See the image below.

After that, go to the customer's profile and choose this term. Here's how.

  1. Go to Sales, then select Customers or Debtors.
  2. Choose the customer you want to put on hold, then Edit.
  3. Tap the Payment and billing tab, and pick the "Credit Hold" from the Terms drop-down.
  4. Click Save.

With the above steps, you're able to see the Terms box that'll show as "Credit Hold".
