To import transactions from a previous financial year into QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use the Import Data feature in the settings section.
Let me guide you through the process:
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Under Tools, select Import data.
- And select what type of data you want to import.

If you're importing Bank transactions, here's how you can do it:
- In the Import Data page, select Bank Data.
- Drag and drop or select files. Then, follow the onscreen instructions to upload the CSV file.
- Once the import is completed, select Done.
