Hi!
I own an online business in South Africa and we receive payments via Yoco.
Can this be integrated with Quickbooks so that payment links/QR Codes can appear on invoices?
It's nice to see you here in the Community today. I'll be glad to share some details about integrating Yoco with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
With these types of matters, you'll want to reach out to Yoco's customer care team. This way, they can help you integrate their program with QBO, so you'll be able to attach a payment link or QR code on your invoices to make it easy for your customers to pay for their ordered products or services.
In addition, I've also got you this article in case you'd like to personalised your sales forms to match your business in QBO: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
You may also check this article to learn more about how to customise a report in QBO to monitor your transactions: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
If you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns or need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks. Know that you can always get back to me anytime. I'll be more than happy to help you out again. Take care, and have a nice day!
I would recommend to use your webstore to accept payments by Yoko. Then you will need a connector to reconcile your transactions into your QBO account. You don't need to send invoices any longer.
Hello. I have a similar issue. I sell in person and take payments on a YOCO with an invoice generated on the YOCO app. How do I integrate these payments into Quickbooks? What do you mean by a connector?
Build your webstore on Wix, Shopify or WooCommerce.
