Why am I not able to access my activity history all of a sudden on my mobile app?

Hi, @accounts494. I'll walk you through some troubleshooting steps to help you access your activity history in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

To begin with, log into your QBO account using a browser and go to the Audit Log to track your transaction history. If you can see your activities there, let's clear your app data on your mobile device to refresh the system and rectify the common issues that cause the unusual behavior. There may be a temporary issue with the app or your internet connection.

 

For the IOS version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the More icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

After that, restart your mobile phone then log back in. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QBO mobile app.
