Generally, the journal entries should reflect in the trial balance. Did you try clicking the accounts affected to check if the journal entry is there?
You can also check if the entered dates are correct by going back to the JE created. One possible reason could also be the date selected in your report.
Here's how you can search for the journal entry:
- Click the Magnifying Glass icon and go to Advanced search.
- Go to the Search tab and select Journal Entries.
- You can Add Filter before hitting the Search tab.
Once you located the journal entries, be sure to verify the dates.
