I have tried to schedule my email reports. i have followed the steps that has been displayed, however, i do not have the schedule email button/switch. please assist...

I'll be happy to show you the steps, saleshsingh93.

To schedule a report to be emailed, let's make sure to save it first.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
  2. Search for the report you want to send.
  3. Click on the Save customisation button. Doing this will save the report in the Custom report page.
  4. In the Custom report page, find the report and select the Edit link.
  5. Under Set email schedule, click the toggle icon to enable the option.
  6. Set the schedule and click Save or Save and close.

Please see these sample screenshots for a visual guide:

For more information, you can check out this article: Memorise reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you still don't have the email schedule option, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser or incognito. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored.
  2. Go to the Custom reports page and edit a memorised report. If you see the Set email schedule option, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
  3. Restart your browser to refresh the settings.
  4. Try using a different supported browser as another option.

Please keep me updated of the result. I want to make sure this is resolved for you. Stay safe!
