Thank you so much for your assistance. Unfortunately this doesnt seem to be a browser problem. I have tried Edge and i still get the same old logo on the management reports (The logo that was previously loaded).
I have also cleared my cache for the last month but that hasnt helped either.

They have the tools to verify your account and check further what has caused this so that you can get back on track.
