When printing a journal entry using the advanced search icon, all the transactions are listed but not the debits & credits?

Hi there, @darylbenecke-gma.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to provide some clarification about the search feature in QuickBooks Online.

The information listed when printing journal entries from the Advanced search section is limited. You can click the small cogwheel icon in the upper-right of the columns to view the details you can include or exclude (see screenshot below).

As a workaround, I recommend running the Journal report. There's an option to filter the transactions and only show journal entries.

Please follow these steps:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
  2. Select Journal under For my accountant.
  3. Press Customise.
  4. Below Filter, select Journal Entry.
  5. Hit Run report
  6. View the report.

I've attached an article you can use to learn about how to personalise the report, as well as some guide to automating custom reports in QuickBooks: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have additional questions about the data you need in QBO. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
