How do I include my company VAT number on our VAT invoices?

Hello there, paul271. You can easily display your company VAT number on your invoices by updating your VAT settings and customizing your invoice template.

First, let's make sure your VAT registration number is saved in your settings. Here's how:

1. Go to the left menu and click All apps.
2. Select Tax, then click Overview.
3. Click Edit VAT in the top right corner, then choose Edit settings.
4. Enter your company VAT number in the VAT Registration No. field.
5. Click Save.

Next, customize your invoice template by following these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top and choose Custom form styles.
2. Find your invoice template and click Edit in the Action column.
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Click the top section of the invoice preview, find the Display section, and ensure the Customer VAT no. box is checked.
5. Select Done.

Once saved, your VAT number will automatically appear on all future invoices.
