How to fix duplicated VAT @15% line on Bills.

When creating bills, QBO reflects two VAT @ 15% on R** lines - under the SUBTOTAL line. QBO includes this duplication in the calculation of the bill total. If I delete the amount in the second line, QBO reflects the correct total bill amount, but still flashes this error message "Were sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again."

How to fix duplicated VAT @15% line on Bills.

To resolve the duplicated VAT @ 15% line on your Bills in QuickBooks, please start by refreshing your browser and then attempt the action again. If the duplication persists, try logging out and back into your QBO account. Should the issue continue, please access QuickBooks using a private/incognito window, as sometimes browser cache or extensions can affect how transactions are displayed and calculated.

If this appears to be a local browser issue, following these steps might help resolve the display problem. If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, please let us know below so we can help you.
