I bought Protax T2 subscription for current year. I have a new client whose last three years of T2 returns are to be filed. Can I do that within my current subscription?

Cancelled subscription in Sept 2019. Supposed to have access to data for a year. Cant get into anything. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I am online doing the Pro Advisor training. The video is horrible. It's cutting in and out and pausing. My internet connection is strong so what is causing this?

Every time I sign in, it makes me choose which company I want to log into, but one of them is an inactive company so I don't know why it is still showing up
