Welcome to the community. That's a great question - you're right, it's all about using the right number of tools/apps to be efficient. I am sure we could all delete handful from our smartphones...
You can definitely do 1 (you mentioned you already have an integration method), 2 and 4 (via direct deposit) all in QuickBooks and with Intuit Payroll.
In terms of paying yourself, are you a Sole Proprieter, LLC? Here's an article about paying yourself as a small business and according to one of our community experts, one way is to "take draws, from equity" to pay yourself.
Another thing to consider, are there any advantages to your current workflow? Anything you'd miss if you made a big change?
