I have the same issue. In my case, if I am using my map app to navigate (i.e.: get directions to where I am heading, NOT to track miles on the map app) then these trips/miles do not get tracked on my Quickbooks Self-Employed app. I noticed this first in October, and at the time the resolution for those trips was that they were in areas where there was not good cell phone reception so they app was not picking them up. I used the map app in the city in between trips and the trips when the map app was in use did not get recorded in the mileage tracker on Quickbooks. Will this glitch get fixed?
