How can I unconnect a QB time account? I have cancelled my QB time subscription and deleted the app from QB, but the Time function still says I'm connected.

Being able to disconnect any service or app from your QuickBooks Online account when your done is one of the ways QuickBooks lets you customize the experience to your needs. I'd be happy to help you get your QuickBooks Time removed from your QuickBooks Online account.
In order to remove QuickBooks Time from your account you'll need to remove the app from your lists. You can do this by following these steps:
- Once logged into QuickBooks Online, from the left menu, click on Apps then My Apps.
- Tap on the Action dropdown menu, then Disconnect.
- Complete the short questionnaire.
- Hit Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.
Once you confirm it'll remove QuickBooks Time from the list and also remove it's features.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for the information. I did remove the App as you noted. It is gone from the My Apps area. Unfortunately when I go to the Time section of QB, it still shows them as being connected.
I called QB, and they indicated I had done everything right and to contact the QB Time team. I called them as well, and they indicated there is nothing they can do from their end. Apparently QB needs to drop the account connection, and they couldn't tell me when that would happen.
Its been a week and I'm still in the same situation. If you have any advice, I would love to hear it.
