1.I never had a subscription 2.using pc browser to add my hours 3.downloaded app but never used it 4.the app says my subscription ended 5.can't log into PC QB anymore HLP

Hi qwitrinka Regarding What's happening when you attempt to login into your account using a PC, are you receiving the same message as when you login via the app?

Yes it literally says "You currently don't have permission to view subscription details. Reach out to your QB admin for more info." 

Which is a bit odd because I only use QB online to record my hours done for the agency.. Altho, the app that I kind of accidentally downloaded in hope that it was an equivalent to QB online, was QB Self Employed, using the same email address I use for QB online, but now, I assume that since the QB self employed app had a subscription that I wasn't aware of, which has now expired, it also affects all my stuff that is connected to the same email- in this case QB online as well. Im really kind of helpless atm...

So have you downloaded the correct qb app.
