All these questions and issues because QBO does not have a seperate contacts file like in QB desktop. Please enhance QBO to have a separate contacts file that can be used to add multiple contacts to Customers, Vendors and projects. I have customers that have upto 20 contacts per customer all assigned to one or more different projects or jobs. Would be nice to be able to select the email of the project manager for a particular project from a drop down list of contacts assigned to the project object. Not sure why QBO doesn't have this. Seems kind of simple.
